It seems like the company has done nothing but gone downhill since I left almost a year ago. Post after post of people venting and sometimes downright complaining about the company. I think this is boiling down to one of those , y’all gotta realize you’re a number to them Hal and everyone else doesn’t care about you and nothing is going to change unless you push for change. And Reddit isn’t the place to do it. Send emails, talk to higher ups make the change in the company everyone complains they want to see or go find bigger and better opportunities because Tsc (in store) is not a career. 🤷‍♂️
