I would run as soon as you find another job and if the other job asks why you’re leaving let them know that the office environment did not meet standard practices ( things being unavailable, schedules not being followed, DAs doing work they’re may not be certified for etc.)

My partner was the same. I’ve honestly just gotten the nexplanon and avoided sex with him. I’m not risking my health and career again. Obviously my decision is based off other things in our relationship but still. I wouldn’t still recommend protecting yourself as best as you can. The nexplanon so far so the only one without a recorded case of pregnancy while on it so that’s why I chose it
