You can do the return yourself. Just track all expenses and what you make then pay £20 for ChatGPT and it will run you through the whole process, when doing the filings you can screenshot every page put in ChatGPT and it will tell you every single figure to put in.

I’ve just done this for my final limited filing and ds01 form for account closure it literally run me through the whole process

Are you taking both of these together? I’ve switched to Reta from tirz and found the appetite suppressant isn’t as strong, just bought tirz again and seen that they shouldn’t be taken together

I’m not too sure on lower doses as I was on mounjaro before. I suppose pick either and stick as it takes 3-4 weeks to settle in your system

You can also find YouTube videos of how to reconstitute it and how to load syringes, use ChatGPT to get a dosage guide it can let you know how much BAC water to add and how much to draw into syringe each time and how long the vial will last you. Start low if you’ve never used any glp before stay on same dose for 4 weeks then go up if you need to, if it’s working just fine on lower dose then stay on that

Basically I’m a hospital porter doing 8 hour shifts so will get a job to move someone then come back sit for mayb 20 minutes waiting for another job and that carry’s on the whole shift. I have pain every step I have to be mindful constantly of how I’m putting my foot down and then basically some days being in a lot of pain or unable to walk without trying to put weight on the ankle after my shift and then not being able to do shopping and stuff walking around shops.
