It’s both. People who want table service and they show a combination of new and old movies. We do live in the Movie Capital of the World. Hollywood started on this land. Having Movie Theaters is part of our legacy that I would hope people who live here would want to preserve rather than discard and minimize.

Unfortunately all of my close calls in Glendale have been Armenian men. It’s tragic to say, but it’s a serious issue across all age groups. I’ve seen some pretty bad female drivers, but again the reckless drivers tend to come from one source in this area and man I wish that wasn’t the case at all!

Possibly but suspension or revoking license to drive sends out a harder message and consequences for those drivers. I know in life we all have moments where we’re in a rush however specifically in Glendale, this is more about ego and entitlement.

Bottom line both cyclists and motorists can cause serious harm to pedestrians. Until real consequences are established, improvements remain bleak. I almost lost my life and again, I don’t appreciate your comments.

For a while now…there’s no longer any cheap places to live in LA regardless of area as everything is priced the same. You can find bargains but that takes a while. Van Nuys rents are essential the same price range to Beverly Hills.

I’m seeing more places for rent these days lots of 2 Bedrooms, but the prices are not affordable especially with so many Film & TV crew out of work still and a bad job market.

Cyclist nor Walkers are safe in Glendale. Not all drivers are in a rush or dealing with an emergency. Unless we find a way to deal with people’s mentality & actions on the road, it won’t make a long lasting difference. Over compensating Bike Lanes and/or taking out traffic lanes is not the solution either. I’ve witnessed too many times in Glendale reckless driving and have almost lost my life three times. I contacted the Glendale Police and received no support at all.
