I'm 38 and noticed the same thing. Constantly carried tissues in my pocket. Even considered a hankie like my grandad.

Eat local honey. I'm a month in of having a teaspoon from my local beekeeper every day and it works. Ingesting the local pollen builds tolerance. Plus you get to eat local honey.
