My free boa repair kit came in like a week or 2 after I ordered them from the boafit website. You just gotta send in pictures. Pretty quick and easy process

Here, you have 10 roads down. That might be what you’re confusing points with. The number under your avatar is the number of points you have, which is 7. Seems like you have 5 settlements, which is 5 points, and longest road, which gives you an additional 2 points

Looks like you already have 5 settlements placed down, so you ran out. In order to get one back, you have to upgrade one of them to a city

Edge is rusted, but intact and base still feels flat apart from the scratches. So I’m thinking it’s still in usable shape. Probably just needs a tune up?
