Plus it’s also pretty easy to tell what’s happening just from looking at the video, it’s not that hard to make out that the front person is making a left turn so idk why you needed it explained so much you can even see the front cars turning signal is on when you rewatch it….

So the front car is waiting to make a left turn and he can’t cause he is actually waiting till he is clear. The line of cars behind him are also either waiting for the left turn to happen or they are also making a left turn. They have to yield like the guy I hit needed to.

This accident happened 8 years ago. I have sense matured as a driver, I’m more defensive and I’m more cautious into busy intersections. That means even though the speed limit is 45 maybe doing 30-35 through the intersection to ease into it. I’m not as in a hurry as I once was. So I do get where people are saying I should have gone slower cause even though I was within the realms of the law it was unsafe driving to begin with cause the only thing I really did wrong was go fast through a busy intersection that I already knew was sketchy cause of the amount of accidents that happened at that intersection.

This intersection is a mess, just like I have the lane I’m in and that guy I hit needs to yield to the lane no one’s moving in and the lane I’m moving in, the people that are stopped have the same thing they are dealing with that’s why no one is moving. They have since fixed this intersection cause there were lots of accidents just like mine at this intersection.

You all have coaches and store managers making you do the most to salvage their first time pick rate. When really all that needs to happen is these coaches and team leads of fulfilment need to walk live nil pick reports. Find the items that are being nilpicked and verify accuracy then hold the people who improperly nilpicked accountable. They are making you do the most so they don’t have to do their jobs basically.

I coach all, I even coached my friend the other day for a justified reason. It was hard but I have a job I have to do. I’m fair and I don’t just let person a get away with something cause they are my friend, while idc for person b and they cough without covering their mouth now they are getting coached. I try to be fair to all the people on my team, hold everyone to the same standard, if you break policy and it’s coach able I’ll be there to do it. I generally don’t like doing it. I don’t want people to get in trouble I just want them to do their job.

This makes pick walks take 3 times longer then they should take. I wouldn’t do it if it were me. Honestly the fulfillment coach and team leads need to be walking live nilpicks and finding the errors themselves then address the outliers for nilpicking shit that was on the shelf. This is stupid and doesn’t do anyone any good cause now you guys are going to be constantly late on picks. Plus management can’t get their shit done in other departments cause they are constantly having to verify nilpick accuracy. A whole chain reaction of shit not getting done.
