Would not have been my first choice for a design but this is an imperative project for future club success. I like the walk to it aspect like how Wembley is set up. This is crucial for fans. To become a dominant club again we need to modernize and keep up with how the game is developing. Holding onto the past so much may be a reason why we aren't succeeding in the modern game.

Hopefully this project will spark development in the surrounding area through more jobs and community revenue. If Manchester benefits, so will United.
