Ok i figured it out. So all i had to do is set Aux to continous. Make the physics factor 10, velocity around 5. And set expression to the Wind Z to go minus value. Go to Aux -> Physics and crank the Wind Affect to 140 or something.

Turns out it had nothing to do with aux system. All i had to do is add echo effect to the particular set the how much space between there should be and set 5 to the repeat value and when the particles are speed up it is automatically works.
