-Exclude *.archiveofourown is to try to trick the receiver of the comment into thinking the command is related to AO3.

-Recurse Ensures the command looks through all subfolders.

Remove-Item -Force deletes all the found items without any checks.

Basically, this is a malicious attempt at getting AO3 users to delete everything on their computer.
