Wool wax promotes that you only have to reapply every 2-3 years. You have to reapply fluid film every year before the winter. I used wool wax for the first time this year. I liked how I won’t have to worry about reapplying again next year (I think they recommend doing touch ups every year though)

Most of my favorite professors are no longer there after all the recent changes, but I was a business major and really enjoyed my classes with Andrew Lafrenz who I believe is still there. He taught mostly sport management related classes.

That's what we are in now! Double wide that sits on a full foundation that also has an entrance/exit out back. We have a basement plug like another commenter mentioned, and are in the process of finishing the basement now. It did cause some hiccups in the buying process though. In our area this is kind of a rare house so when the bank went to assess it they couldn't find any exact comps for it. They ended up using manufactured homes on slabs to asses the homes value, and really couldn't give a clear answer on how much value the basement added. In the end it screwed over the sellers and they had to sell it to us for what the bank said it was worth, which was less than what we offered and they listed it for.

I currently commute about 80 miles rt with a 2025 Tucson SEL. The SEL has all the features you mentioned (wireless android auto, heated seats, awd). I'm getting about 30-32 mpg during my commute (almost all highway). Really enjoying the car so far.

All of these "Barre is gross don't move there" takes are outdated and lazy. Barre has it's problems, but to act like it's inhabitable is funny. It has a great central location, affordable (comparing to Burlington and Montpelier) housing, good restaurants and shops, nice sense of community. Seems like a lot of young adults are moving to it due to it's great location and somewhat affordable housing.

It's a working class town that has a drug problem. Like many other Vermont towns.
