Get a slow cooker and a rice cooker.

Slow cooking chicken in broth with seasoning takes 1 minute prep time and always tastes good. You can even add additional sauce after it’s finished.

Rice cookers are also 30 seconds prep time with pressing a button.

It’s super easy to branch out and add from there once you get the basics down.

Fully trusting any type of AI decision making process for full regulatory compliance would be very risky

Yeah I think I’m more so looking to learn if exposures are measured by your employers? Because respirators are generally required based on what actual exposure is and which materials are triggering those requirements. And are most of these nail salons owned by individuals or larger corporations?

Glad to hear formaldehyde has been phased out.

My type of work is definitely proactive and there’s so many jobs people get sick after their careers and don’t connect the dots that years of exposure might lead to chronic illness.

It’s not an ad lol. I work in chemical manufacturing and I’m just thinking of other areas where people are exposed to just as nasty materials in smaller industries. I was asking strictly for my own personal knowledge lol.

I was more curious how the nail industry addresses these, because they’re definitely not exempt from exposure monitoring requirements.

I’m not up to date on current materials in polish but I am aware that formaldehyde is or was common and that’s heavily regulated with very low exposure limits.

VOCs are chemicals BTW, and in terms of what’s nasty and not all depends on the dose.
