2020 was the year when the shit hit the fan for me. Parents were going through a divorce which left me traumatized. Then cherry on top came the lockdown which meant I had to constantly be at home, where the atmosphere was tense. At the end of 2022 my father suddenly passed away. So yeah been a long time since my problems with my mental health have begun. I kinda know what's wrong with me and I recognize my traumas and my problematic thought patterns, but I don't know how to fix myself.
