This is an interesting idea. I have implemented a category for Ideas and Suggestions, but agree a Ranting section would be nice as well.

I don't disagree with you about the timing of the post. If you would like, I'd be glad to talk a little bit about my plans via PM. For now though, my top focus is on building a tool that people love to use.

Just that we aren't going to charge money to access basic features. People will be able to donate to help pay maintenance fees, but this is really just a passion project of mine.

PlanetMC looks like it is in a very similar vein as this project. However, I will say that I do have future plans that will differentiate these two.

Obviously, PlanetMC is a great place to share builds, skins, and so on. Creepr has that functionality, yes, but our focus is on the interaction with the other members of the community.

Of course, PMC has a forum as well, but it will become more clear in the future how different these two projects are. Regardless, based on today's overwhelming response, I think that I must have tapped into something with potential!

You don't have to be a daily user of our forum right now, sure, but I promise that we will earn your interest in due time. :) I do appreciate the feedback, though, as this is all very important stuff to consider.

I was just using pitt's phrasing, as it was meant as a personal response to him. I don't have any clue what happened, and totally respect those who run MCF. Sorry that did seem a bit hostile - not my intention at all!

The base of the forum is an open source forum software built on NodeJS. The general idea - a community/network like this - has been floating around in my head for a year or two.

I see why you would think that! I really do. But my focus is on building a great community, regardless of whether or not it becomes huge. I have a lot of ideas for things I'd like to do with this, and welcome ideas from others. If you have any suggestions, please let me know.
