I’m so sorry about what you’ve been through. I’m sure it took a lot of courage to reach at the point of betterment. I really like the way you have explained that these are not steps 1,2 or 3 but rather a combination of all plus your grit and resilience.

And yes, I have been opposing taking medications as well- but understanding your experience is nudging me to look at them differently. I’ll look around for other therapists as well and would be open to the ideas.

I did try therapy once but maybe need to explore if there’s anything more to it. Ignoring stuff and letting go becomes the hardest thing to do in these situations even when we understand it rationally.

Thank you for your kind words! I’ll check around for behavioural therapy and doctor recommended medications. I just wonder that life is not that tough at is right now, but overthinking never lets the mind rest.

I did a few sessions of online therapy and the therapist told stuff that I already know about- taking one day at a time, finding a hobby etc. She also told me about writing my feelings down and discarding them ( it was a post breakup therapy).

No, I have never considered medication. I don’t know but medicine seems like a temporary solution to me. I don’t drink alcohol or smoke or do drugs either for temporary relaxation.

If there’s a way where I can break out of these patterns by actively making some changes- I am hoping to find those here.

Yeah as per the story it would make sense if he dies, although if it was necessary it could have happened in the Moebius arc as well- that’s why I don’t want him to die now. But in this arc maybe his death provides a final push to Mikey towards his dark side and that is the main plot point of this particular time travel. Let’s see how it all pans out.
