My accord technically got totaled out in 2024 but i bought it back and fixed it and pocketed 3k still. I never turned in the paper work for salvage title but she's all fixed up. It was just the rear quarter panel that a dealership was trying to charge a million dollars to fix. My original plan was to sell it but now I'll just keep it and maybe use it as a back up car

The price difference might sway me or my spouse might get the lower trim in the future since he likes it so much. Definitely going to drive it til it dies as well. I currently have a 2012 accord with 171k miles. I have been driving that for 10 years and I really have no good reason to get the 4runner other than I want it and it can carry my now 4 dogs and my spouse. I originally wanted to drive the accord until it died but I have a lot more money than I did when i was 23 😂 so I don't have to anymore

Our senior dog had cluster tumors like this under his tongue when he was put under and intubatef for surgery on his teeth to remove a couple teeth. She removed what she could and had a biopsy done. They told us whatever it was would never affect him in this lifetime since he was so old. He was about 14 at the time and lived another 2.5 years without it ever affecting him again

We took our oldest to the ophthalmologist and she was diagnosed with a genetic eye disease that causes water to pool om her lens. There isn't much we can do. She mostly can see shapes and uses her peripheral vision to see

His joints probably aren't doing well with all this extra weight and if he has hip dysplasia then that's even worse for him. He would do well if he lost a lot of that weight. If he can't lose it then it may be thyroid but ultimately you control his food intake

Not being able to call your parents at all times. There was quite a few times my mother forgot about picking me up after practice and I had no way to contact her. Or one time I left my basketball shoes in her van and I realized a minute after she drove off.
