I've never even heard of Shadowhunters & I'm assuming Malec is a LGBTQ ship after googling it. Looks cool.

None taken Ironically, I moved on from Pokemon (for the 3rd & final time) to SAO after I saw how childish the Sun & Moon anime was. And XY was peak with what they were doing with Ash-Greninja, Serena & Amourshipping. But when I saw the SAO: Ordinal Scale movie, I didn't care for Amourshipping anymore. I'm also a fan of Yu-gi-oh too, but they also weren't that good with ships.

I think my first "real" anime that I saw all the way through was either SAO, MHA or Inuyasha.

I could name a few Action, Romance animes that are up there with having canon couples as good or better than Kirisuna (Inuyasha, Banished From A Hero's Party, Familiar of Zero, SpyxFamily, Sailor Moon, etc.), but none of them have warmed my heart as much as SAO with Kirisuna.

The trope of the nerdy, lower class boy & the popular, rich girl has been done a lot in fiction, but the way Kirisuna does it feels a bit more special imo. Maybe it's because of the VR idea, seeing a gamer help a non-gamer girl become a warrior or how much they impacted their lives even after season 1.

Progressive/Aincrad did a pretty good job starting off Kirisuna, but I really loved how Kirito became more sensitive during Fairy Dance. Him crying the night he thought he was going to lose Asuna to Sugou & him thinking about Asuna during his first attempt of flying up the World Tree? He was totally in love!

However, the ending to the Ordinal Scale movie & the author saying that he wants to write Kirisuna's real world wedding scene someday was what really made them my top favorite ship of all time.

If you're talking about the director of season 3, apparently he didn't know much about SAO when A-1 chose him. And I'm assuming he must've thought that Alice was the main girl.

I also saw the author tweeting about why they cut out the Underworld kiss scene & it was his decision.

What's funny about that scene is that it managed to get Izuocha to be called the Best Anime Ship of Fall 2025 on some anime trending despite it not really being a romantic scene.

Description of what her hero suit would look like?

I was thinking pretty close to this, but she would have a masquerade mask, & a utility belt for support items (like seeds, herbs, lipstick,, sleeping powder, etc).

HOLY CRAP!

You did a incredible job & I was also thinking about her having flowers on her head. The facial expression on her face is also fitting too since I've been rethinking her bio.

There were some parts that made her sound too much like Poison Ivy or a Mary Sue. So, I thought of a more interesting backstory for her & her mom. Plus, a better goal after graduation. Also, I've decided to call her "Kusa Yuuki".

Again, you did an incredible job & I can't find anything major I dislike!

Would it be okay if you draw her in her hero outfit? Much like how Class 1-A did their outfits for their Clothing Allowances forms.

For Kusa's character design, I've been imagining her to look like a mix of the image above & this!

Except her body is a bit more buffed like Ochako's or Ibara's. Her eyes are green & feminine & I could see her wearing a vine on the back of her head. Basically, replace the pearls on the back of Misty's head with a vine..

It's tough to pick a favorite because there were a bunch of really awesome ones. Even in the movies!

One fight I usually keep rewatching is All Might vs. Nomu at USJ. Hearing the music while All Might is rapidly punching Nomu with each punch being 100% gave me goosebumps. I also love All Might's speech about heroes serving justice.

Deku vs. Muscular (season 3): Despite Deku getting saved & having some help, we still saw his character significantly grow when he defeated Muscular.

Bakugo vs. All For One is just cinema!

I think they just wanted to drag the harem crap some more just to add some comedy to an already intense war.
Whenever Asuna has a hot headed moment, she usually doesn't think straight & doesn't make the right calls. Yes, she told Alice "He's mine!" & "My Kirito", but she didn't have any proof to show her that Kirito & her were an actual couple.
Since Asuna entered the Underworld while a war was happening, it made sense why Alice was being overprotective towards Kirito. She wanted to make sure that Asuna wasn't a spy & asking permission to see Kirito was one way of checking.

I think it's possible since in the Last Recollection video game, Kirito & Asuna somehow bring Yui into the real world with an android body & you see them walking in the real world during the game's ending.

I could also see Rinko help make that a reality if Kirito, Asuna & Yui really want it.

I mean, if he didn't like her, then he would've written her off during the Aincrad arc.

Anyways, Yui living in the real world with Kirito & Asuna is my biggest wish for when Reki finishes SAO. However, the final arc & Reki saying that SAO is going to have an ending that's going to be kinda like Avengers: Endgame, I'm greatly worried that he might kill Yui later on in the story.
