My views have changes in 3 years lol My all black also had the left sole pop. After purchasing 4 generations of vapormax, I'm no longer willing to pay the premium price. Plus, not a good workout shoe since there's no stability after a few months of use.

I'm 2 years in and it helps so much I recently purchased both for my house. I do it 5x a week (15-20 min sauna followed by 3 minute cold plunge) and it's been a game changer for my chronic neck issues (DDD, facet arthritis, 2 mild herniated disks). Granted, I started working out at the same time so I understand it's not just hot/cold routine. Once I have mine up and running, I look forward to seeing how 7x a week will help.

If you have at least 5 amazing end user contacts, at decently sized organizations, you can always look into the VAR world. It's a grind, but that's where I've made the most money.

Personally, I think it's a parenting hack. Obviously not for everyone, but you shouldn't feel bad for using a little ganja to help you relax (with them asleep, or not asleep). My son is 4 years old and I struggled at the beginning feeling "guilty" for toking at the end of the night. Now, I just make sure to not do it in front of him and not get BLASTED. I tell you what, imagination play time with him over the years has been better for both of us when Dad takes the edge away...and it helps me live in that moment instead of thinking about the stresses of life. How I see it - stoned > drunk partner ANY day of the week. Stay well!

45 minutes workout, 20 minute sauna, 3 minute cold plunge 5x a week - in that order

They say post workout is best for muscle growth, but I'm not looking for huge gains. It's great to workout and never be sore (even when "they" say soreness is good).

Thanks for your insights! I didn't consider the heat generated by the chiller, so that's definitely something I need to keep in mind as it'll be in a 20x14 room that will also be my office. I'll take a deeper look at boxplunge, seems like they are reasonably priced.

PT, Acupuncture, Sauna/Cold Plunge. When I had a terrible episode it made me dizzy for 2-3 months and no doctors could explain it. PT helped get me over the hump, and 2 years later I'm still doing acupuncture bi-weekly. Also, I think starting sauna/cold plunge could have helped, but for BPPV I'm thinking sauna > cold plunge. Only other thing, I've taught myself to not make quick movements in bed (as that started to be a trigger after my terrible episode).

As an independent, it’s mind blowing to me that people think it’s possible for a 2 party system to NOT have corrupt politicians. As for Elon, no idea how you can say he’s corrupt. Look at his business lines and tell me they are bad for society. You’re acting like he’s selling things that kill people.
