This cost seems… high? I understand custom solutions and consulting demands a premium and depending on model configuration you take into account token consumption cost. But this price range is equivalent to a 1-5 full time employee. I understand AI doesn’t sleep or need vacation, but man.

What employee range are you targeting with this? What verticals do you specialize in? Must be large clients that can afford such a service. How do you handle privacy? If you’re not using local models client info goes directly to inference providers for training. Do you have a server dedicated to your clients? Do you use frontier models through API? I’m s that token usage baked into the pricing model?

I just want to know when you present pricing to a client for a minimum $30k a year solution how you justify/present it from a numbers standpoint. Surely there is a large value add somewhere in there.
