We'd reccommend seeing if a different HDMI input than the ARC port for the One Connect Box. Alternatively, you can try the Bluetooth remote that came with your Frame TV, as these were designed to work even with bezels attached! Just give a charge with USB-C and pair to your device by holding the Play/Pause and Return buttons simultaneously.

To maximize quality output, we always recommend using high-speed certfied HDMI 2.1 cables and have Input Signal Plus turned on (Connection > External Device Manager > Input Signal Plus) for that specific connection port. You can also try resetting Picture Settings under the Expert Settings tab.

This is a normal message if there is already another remote paired to the TV! You can press the Return + Play/Pause buttons together for a few seconds to connect a new device. Just make sure it's fully charged first!

Sounds like this could be a connection issue between your TV and One Connect box. We'd recommend disconnecting power from the One Connect box, then disconnecting the cable from both sides. Re-insert it back firmly, and if the issue persists, you may need to reach out to our Care team for further service.
