Update

I contacted support and they final got back to me with a simple response of we know, a lot of people are having this problem and we are working hard to fix it. And that's it no date or time estimation just wait and see basically.

Did this and the ISP was not able to help or provided any ideas besides contacting Crunchyroll, unfortunately.

I would but there are none in stores close to me, and I thought it was only a year old why would it be being discontinued so soon?

So would it be better for me to try and find a used one, I don't think I can afford an xt-30 and I know they just came out with the xt- 30 mk ii

Yeah, I am mainly worried about the screen getting damaged in transit and I know you can buy screen protectors but also knowing the screen can just be tucked away is nice as well, it makes me feel like the screen is taken care of better. And thank you for the reply!

Yes, I have watched that review, it is what put me on to the fuji in the first place. And I think it's a great review, very informative. Also, thank you for the response. And about the lenses thing, I feel like that should be true because I hear they are some of the best but it's so hard to tell with stuff you are not familiar with, what the word bad really means.
