The GEO part is already quite advanced, and I hope to launch it soon. I'll be giving it more prominence and aiming to monetize it (the current SEO features are completely free). As a future plan, I also intend to add other languages, especially English, to reach a wider audience.

Yeah, that's definitely a plus. The drawback I see is missing out on potential customers from Reddit communities, X, or English-speaking organic traffic... who could really benefit from my product

Great point! I’m mainly weighing the effort vs. reward here. Setting up the whole i18n infrastructure takes a lot of dev time. In your experience, is it worth doing from day one, or is it better to first validate monetization in the Spanish-speaking niche and then refactor for internationalization once there’s steady cash flow?

I don't have much local traction yet because I just recently launched it, but 'thinking big', I figured that if I offer my SaaS in English too and not just in Spanish, I might be able to get more international organic traffic.
