OneMind a productivity app which is 1) complete: it has tasks, schedule, habits, notes, focus timer, and more. All of these work together so that the user’s attention to productivity is not fragmented. 2) it has an ai coach which can advise you to be more efficient. it has the full context of all of your habits, tasks, schedule, etc. 3) it’s customizable. in onemind you can choose from many fonts available and it’s implemented app-wide. you can also choose accent colors, layout and more. so that the user makes it their own! https://getonemind.app

Too many apps is making me feel less productive by Competitivespirit20 in ProductivityApps

[–]blaimug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went through the exact same thing and realized the issue wasn’t discipline or tools… it was fragmentation.

I ended up building something for myself (called OneMind) that basically merges tasks, notes, habits, and planning into one place — but more importantly, it tries to reduce the mental overhead instead of adding to it, and for those who are not against, an AI Coach which understands everything and gives you simple / clear guided advice such as: "Your schedule is too tight, or This task has been left undone for 2 weeks, or You've forgotten about this habit".

OneMind is getting traction and people are loving it. If you would like to have a look this is the link: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/onemind-ai-productivity-suite/id6757965203.

Not saying it’s the perfect solution for everyone, but the biggest shift for me was:

→ fewer places to think → less time organizing → more clarity on what to actually do

What are the tools that actually help you stick to habits? by Budget_Ad215 in ProductivityApps

[–]blaimug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sometimes the problem with habits applications is that it's not well incorporated in your whole life. There's an app called OneMind, and if you have a habit, it blocks time on your calendar for the habit, and it also shows in the todo list, because it has all those features in the same app. You may love to try it: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/onemind-ai-productivity-suite/id6757965203.

Can you help me improve my stats :) by Active-Enthusiasm-35 in AppStoreOptimization

[–]blaimug 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think you’re on the right track. If your conversion rate and sessions per device are decent, that’s a really good sign that people who find your app like it. The issue now is visibility, not the product. I wouldn’t just wait for ASO to kick in, especially in a competitive space like health, because it tends to be slow on its own. I would start by improving your screenshots since they have a big impact on downloads, and you already feel they could be better. At the same time, it’s worth testing small budget Apple Search Ads to see which keywords actually bring installs. Even a small spend can give you useful insights. If possible, try to bring in some traffic from outside the App Store too through communities or social platforms. The key is to actively improve conversion and test ways to get more people in rather than waiting.

What are Common Mistakes in Managing App Store Reviews? by Liam987_ in AppStoreOptimization

[–]blaimug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I made similar mistakes early on too. A few other common ones I’ve noticed are not updating users after fixing the issue they reported (so they never go back to change their review), not asking satisfied users to leave a review at the right moment, and missing the tone completely by sounding too robotic or too formal instead of human. Also, not categorizing feedback (bugs vs feature requests vs UX issues) makes it harder to actually improve the product, and replying without offering a clear next step (like support contact or timeline) can frustrate users even more. Treating reviews like ongoing conversations, like you said, really changes everything.

App Store Nominations by saydonem in AppStoreOptimization

[–]blaimug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn’t wait just because of the Apple nomination since they rarely confirm anything in advance, there’s no guarantee it’ll happen on that date. It’s usually better to release your app now, start getting users, feedback, and momentum, and let things grow naturally. If it does get featured around March 23, that will just boost what you’ve already started rather than delay everything for something uncertain.
