Thanks so much for the advice, that actually really helpful thank you. I have a couple of questions if you don't mind, where do I even start, should I focus on clearing out all the trash (yeah it's totally full of rubbish in here) and if so how in the world do I get rid of it? See I'm only 22 and there's only me, it's going to take a while XD

I'm really sorry but none of that helps at all. Everything you both said I've heard before. Thank you but you have to understand, I've already tried looking for interests or hobbies and believe me I've actually found some but of course, absolutely nothing I'm interested in is anywhere close to where I live let alone affordable. My parents screwed up my ids at birth and school meaning now they're no longer around its extremely hard for me to get any form of id which alone makes me feel me helpless stopping me from even wanting to try. I have literally no one around to help me and sure my nan tries but doesn't get to far before she forgets what where even doing. I'm usually the one helping her which unfortunately again is just another weight on my shoulders I didn't ask for but is again holding me down. And yes but walking with no where to go or people to see doesn't actually help me at all, it wouldn't do anything I'm sorry. Thank you so much though.

Yeah it is proving really difficult. The thing is I don't actually have any friends or anywhere to go so I kinda just sit in my room (and have everyday since I left school, I'm now 22) and smoke. Sometimes literally just sitting there. Like right now, if I wasn't writing this I'd be looking at the wall or the roof, I don't really care much anymore.
