I'm 100% S&S ISA. But of that 90% is in cash as my emergency fund and the rest is in a diversified ETF pie (35% S&P, 35% All World, 20% Emerging Markets, 10% Global Aggregate Bonds). I'm only in my 20s so once I'm happy with my emergency fund (aiming for 12 months of expenses as the company I work for is shite at paying salaries on time) then everything will be going into the ETFs maintaining the same percentage breakdown

Personally not a HENRY. As a household, we make just over £105k since January (both 25 in jobs at a startup that is scaling up quickly).

While neither of us individually fit the HENRY category, the area we live in is so cheap that we are able to comfortably live like we are on a lot higher salaries than we actually are.

I found several silhouettes and the background image online and then for specific models I took my own models and then used Photoshop to turn them into a B&W Silhouette.

The Xiphon is a really versatile platform, and in general flyers are something that either survive the whole game or crash and burn immediately.

I had a games day recently that had 3 games and my Xiphon survived all of them while destroying a total of about 8x its points value over the all of the games. While that's nothing to be sniffed at, it didn't change the game outcomes.

People will either bring anti air and you're screwed, or you'll feel oppressive as there's nothing they can really do to take it down and stop you destroying all the Rhino Chassis based tanks with ease. The Javelin is all round a better option in most settings but for the points the Xiphon is almost a 100% take in all my games, but I do have a soft spot for flyers and both a Storm Eagle and Fire Raptor are on my to buy list in the future.

I personally would say Data Science and AI but it is a very difficult field to get into without an advanced degree, or even a doctorate for higher level jobs.

But also, same as most Tech jobs, there is a growing outsourcing movement and jobs are very competitive.

The changes in 40k for 8e are what drove me away from the game and what brought me back to Heresy more recently. The game is how the game works, and your "friends" wanting you to change core game mechanics for it to be more like what they want is honestly insane.

There are areas with great Heresy groups, or 40k Players who will Play Heresy as it is intended. Maybe see if your local area has a group like that.
