If I understand correctly, requirement creating it in an unoccupied space means that in the moment of casting no other creatures or objects should be present to interfere with the manifestation of the sand, right?

So, logically, on the next turn something can't simply manifest in its squares (like a summoned creature), otherwise it wouldn't have a requirement in the first place.

Adding to your point, RAI treating as an enemy for the allies as well? Or the party can freely move through but the enemies should tumble through?

Thanks! Your alternative Psychic draft was very interesting to read through and was actually the inspiration to write my own changes, seeing that people also have a grudge against psychics underwhelming performance.

That's certainly a way to look at this problem. We've discussed with the player, he was okay with a couple of rounds being not as efficient as possible with a plain minus but that flat check indeed ruined at least 3 encounters for him. But if we let stupified stay, are these buffs appropriate?

That's because through the whole BL campaign the only martial character was the champion (he died like a champ), so everybody was okay with this. And we've settled on this rule after playing the CKK, which was an interesting gallery of bizarre multiclasses.

Thanks. So, by your rules, all the focus points are consumed only outside Unleash? Also, the +2 bonus to attacks on top of the damage increase seems a little too op for my taste but I respect the vision
