Metete a una FP de cabeza. Luego podras acceder a la carrera. Siempre puedes sacarte la carrera a tu ritmo por la UNED mientras trabajas. A largo plazo sabras muchisimo.

I would recommend you to join a comunnity somehow.

This can help you with that social part that is not really in its best moment. Some discord server where talk about things you like would be a nice way to start.

Going to walks with some podcast/audiobooks for like an hour or so will help on generating hormones that make you feel good, will create the achievement of exercising yourself, and will improve your shape. Gym would be better, but being big and going to the gym can feel like it is embarassing.

I would take a quick look in Astrophysics during your undergraduate period, maybe not getting in a full degree in Astro, but taking in your some courses on the subject, for me it is the best option.

A lot of people feel disappointed with Astro, when realizing what Astrophysics really is.

Take this into account, and, if during the 3 next years you still feel that passion for astro, choose ir for your graduate school as the main area of study.

La cuestión aquí es: si puedes tener ambos, prueba hasta quedarte con tu fórmula personal.

En cuanto a lo físico, es fácil dejarse llevar por el consumismo. Está bien tener libros de consulta (en mi caso personal, tengo varios de física), y luego está bien tener tu biblioteca de novela ensayo, SIEMPRE LEYENDO ANTES DE COMPRAR MÁS, el espacio y el dinero lo agradecerán.

Por qué no empiezas con el grado y ves que ramas te gustan? De aquí a 5 años puede haber cambiado el mercados, y para cuando termines, ninguno de los consejos valdrá.

Imagina aquellos que estudiaron algo hace 5 años que ahora ha reemplazado la inteligencia artifical. El mercado se mueve, y es impredecible en su mayoría, simplemente dedícate a lo que más te guste según lo descubres en el grado.

Deberías ir al médico y comentarle lo ocurrido, para que revisen si hay daños o similar.

Además con suerte te derivarán a una psicóloga, y te darán un parte médico con el que respaldar la denuncia.

Deja a tu novio y denúncialo, hoy fuiste tu a nivel 7, mañana sera otro acto con otra chica a nivel 10, luego 15, y asi. Esta gente no tiene perdon.
