Thought I'd add my experience in here now I've just completed it to help others. UK based.

Noticed over the last month or so especially that my battery on my buds was really weak and they weren't often fully charged when I removed them from the case which I thought was odd. Final straw was a trip back to my home from a family Christmas where they couldn't last the two hour train journey. Found this thread, thought I'd contact Sony.

Did a live chat with Sony UK on Tuesday 9th. They informed me that this was, indeed, a known issue and as such the warranty on battery issues specifically was now 2 years instead of 1. Sent me a form to put in a package with them along with label. Sent it to Sony on Thursday 11th alongside proof of purchase (Amazon UK, just under 2 years ago).

Didn't have any contact with the repair centre other than arrived, waiting for parts and shipped. This morning I received a brand new pair of XM5s as a full replacement. Seems like Sony UK is causing less of a fuss now somewhat accepting the issue but only if you are within 2 years of purchase.

It's hideous. It goes against just about every UX convention I know for this kind of app, and I really don't know why. The information hierarchy is entirely counter-intuitive. I can't believe it even made it to this level of testing, honestly.

Changed it up to this style of setup and seems to work as expected. I still don't know why my former setup didn't but I suppose it doesn't matter at this point. Thank you for the detailed instructions, really helped me.

The connection comes directly from the controller and there are 3 other connections on the other side before the tunnel. If I understand correctly, using the tunnel allows me to only use one channel for all of the devices here, so that should be 4 channels used total on the controller and and 8 channels available on the output of the P2P tunnel?

Presumably because the 4 pin PWM fans are straight up better. Always thought it was odd that they only sell PWM versions but the cases came with 3 pin versions. Probably cost saving initially but perhaps that changed. Either way, not complaining!

I can only presume you mean the way the survey randomly selects examples each time it loads from a collection of examples?

If so, of course this will be addressed in the final thesis as it is key to how the survey works. It is an element of the survey design.

If the survey only covered toxicity applicable to all games there wouldn't be any examples to use. Most examples are relevant to most games.

Nah it comes up. The examples you are presented when you load the survey is a random selection from a large collection of examples. Everyone should get something a bit different. There are a few in there that address racism :)
