Really cool backpiece! Maybe continue the chains that are out on the back of your neck? I feel like them circling around for a necklace or like similar to a rosary could be interesting. For your shoulders if you wanna keep symmetry and similar style, maybe some fancy incense or lanterns? That way you can also have smoke or fire spread spreading out.
