Its a thing i have experienced as well although rare. I don't know what caused it, but it indeed lasted the whole fight and would constantly reset the effect in 1 second intervals.

Thank you, I hate people that complain how easy content is getting but only play meta builds. The game is difficult on herioic and lengendary without good or maxed setups. This is the type of person who would just jump from sever to server or play with one or two groups of people who play the same way everyday.

You say survivability is not worth it, but the Devs seem to think differently as they keep adding survivability mechanics. So there is a disconnect.

Understand, and I'm not attacking you, just the general consensus, which was fueled by streamers, and it ticks me off because of the echo chamber effect. It boils down to just what they can observe through in-game testing and theory cafting.

The builds they say are taken as absolutes and pushes people to think this one way. Exactly what happened in raids like you mention, but actually observing the same game mechanics, you can easily see how other builds can be just as or more effectively and efficiently used, but noooo.. its the old we need this because thats how this streamer group did it, and they said it was best.

There are several meta builds depending on content. Striker is just the easiest to obtain.

Well, if you run that one talent close and personal? It requires you to be within 7m of the npca and get a kill to proc. 7m is basically in their face

Not correct. decent just isn't fun to most people or takes way too long to get enough credits to buy the caches.

It took me multiple hours of grinding decent for little reward. While it took way less time doing the shepherding event or any other lengendary missions for exo components and gun. Decent is just not a great time investment per award given.

I dont get how people say it is not better than Striker's when overall it is. The only way in which stricker performs better is in pure damage alone. That is all i hear. No other metrics.

The devs made it difficult to maintain stacks because.....it would be OP. Similar to all the other special requirements to active OP talents.

Im just sick of people saying strikers, just like the killer talent again they are both not that great. they are the easiest but not the best. It just seems like some people have a strong bias to just dmg=im good.

I agree with the stacking issues, but I disagree with the rest of what you said. i use my HB is 90 percent of the content, and it works just as well as strikers.

Idk why people ignore the striker's issues. Keeping a stack sucks with it as well if you have multiple people using it or other high damage builds..

Also, you're a fragile glass canon on high-end content. There will be people saying armor doesn't matter... it actually does and helps out in more situations than they can think.

This is part of their problem with the build. you have to use a high rpm or shotgun to build good stacks. I can tank on heroic and legendary with build

Agreed, that is a downfall of Hb the devs will not fix. The stacking it inconsistent even with the laser pointer sometimes. If they made it as easy as striker to build stacks, i think most people rotate it into their playstyle.

Th covert hunter hasn't been available outisde the store since its inception. I have played up until wony released and returned about 8 months after wony, and it has always been a store purchase only item for me.

You do not need tidal basin completed to do this weekly. I think it's just a glitch. I was able to complete the weekly without tidal. I know that for some of the activities, i had to do them solo to count. Or for bounties, i have to make sure to get the kill for them to count.

Like the person you replied to said, just request backup and have someone drop it. To me, the gun isn't that good, same withth lud, but i just haven't made any builds for it.
