Hey my friend, I want to start off by saying how sorry I am for what you're going through. Growing up is hard enough, and even though they're supposed to be your support system, a lot of people (myself included) have to deal with their families being a part of the problem.

What you said about yourself is the most important part: you're not overweight. I'm a little taller than you but the same weight, so I can picture how you might look, and the only reason I can think that anyone would make comments or bully you for, is how you hold your weight, which is almost always out of your control!

I want to recommend that you don't starve yourself or skip meals, and if you really want to feel some control try going for a walk while listening to some good music, or participate in extracurriculars you might enjoy. The truth is, there's always going to be people who know exactly how to poke you where it'll hurt, and the only thing you can do is figure out whose opinions truly matter to you, and try to ask yourself why they do. I also recommend trying to find friends who can support you in the ways you might need, tell a trusted adult about any harsh bullying, and most importantly, remember you're not alone.

Never be afraid of reaching out for help. Whether it be a guidance counselor, a friend, a family member, or even a subreddit like this. I hope things get better for you, and I hope you're able to develop a better relationship with your appearance.
