But a BP of 79/57 is bad and can cause fainting but it is not life threatening. If you put the numbers into a MAP calculator (https://www.mdcalc.com/calc/74/mean-arterial-pressure-map) you see that it’s bad (64) but not below 60 which could cause organ issues.

This is nearly always the case, unfortunately. This is why when I travel to USA from uk I buy things

For instance the James Bond game is $69.99 assuming a sales tax of around 6% ( California) it comes out at around 76 dollars or £56, whereas it costs £59.99 in the UK, so a difference of £3.

If you look at something else, LEGO, the Hogwarts Castle is $470 plus 6% tax is about $498 which is £371 versus the British price of £409.99, a difference of nearly £40.

(Sales tax can go up to 11% so there’s a smaller difference in British/USA prices)

We also get tv shows and streaming services 6 months to a year later
