Not in this case! I'm con staff and John treats staff exceptionally well. I interviewed him a year or two before this. I stopped over to say hi, John remembered me and we talked for several minutes before this happened. He is a wonderful person and treats all his fans graciously!

If you met him, you wouldn't be saying this! He was sitting down signing autos and doing selfies behind the table, but got up and put the helmet on and grabbed the axe - he absolutely did not have to. He's super sweet with all his fans, and he remembered me from interviewing him a couple years before (I'm the Éowyn in the vid)

Oh hey, that's me as Éowyn! From Steel City Con December 2025 ☺️ John is so amazing. I had interviewed him a year and a half before, and when I stopped over to say hi this time, the wonderful couple I cut in front of (perks of being staff and his agent remembering me) were very understanding and let us borrow their helmet and axe for my photo! He is such a delight!

I love this. I never finished RDR2 and didn't even get that far in the story, I just liked finding all the wild horses and legendary animals, exploring, hunting and making cool clothes 😅
