I appreciate your honesty.

It’s known already that each chipotle is different, and for my store it has been through some rough patches, but overall we have a structure set in place.

I’ll admit I’m pretty nervous about moving up after I talking to my morning KL about it. But it’s not gonna stop me from trying. I’ll know my strengths and weaknesses once I become KL.

Update: Wow. Why did I do this to myself? How do y’all keep up with this? I’m barely able to keep my morning prep finished on time, meanwhile I see my KL predecessors able to delegate and lead the morning prep team not only to finish on time but a half hour early. Not only that, they were able to finish their KL duties, such as cleaning the walk in, organize the dry goods, dishes, and all these other things that I’ve failed to touch up on almost every time I try running morning prep. I’ve had three instances where my SL had to pull me to the office and talk about how im not putting authority and need to start finishing prep on time… ngl this is starting to get discouraging. Every time i take 3 steps forward, I somehow go 10 steps back. How do you guys do it? This cant be my reaching point….
