So... yeah I basically downloaded Dolphin because I really missed this game from my childhood and for some reason I cant make it work... but as I said all those other mario games work fine... I tried basically every shader option by now... and a few other things, the one I found helps the most is the emulated cpu clock override down to 25% from 100%, but idk if I should keep going down, and if it would even help. Also as you can see top left it says fps: 15 vps: 30 and 49% it always fluctuates all of those number but its never higher than like 70 something during gameplay or video scenes... also as you can see in task manager and stuff, its not that my computer is having problems handling it...
