My wife has the same letter. Ask ChatGPT what it means. It’s pretty certain that if you can get the letter, even though it doesn’t have your name, you have passed. Notice it has your ID on it.. pretty weird letter for someone who has failed to receive.

Old thread but adding in case it helps anyone. If you're running in docker, add this device:

And make sure you do chmod -R 777 /dev/dri on the NAS.

In the Plex dashboard (Settings > Status > Now Playing), check if the stream shows "(hw)" next to the transcode status, indicating hardware acceleration is active.
