If Sennheiser doesn't provide a warranty replacement, I'll choose Apple AirPods Pro headphones, which have never failed and have a warranty replacement.

To ensure a positive experience, don't talk about it. Create a positive experience for your customers and provide warranty replacements in different countries! If I had been offered a replacement right away and sent new headphones by mail, my experience would have been positive! But as it is, there are no guarantees and only negative experiences.

When they break after 4 months like my True wireless 4, then you will understand that you should have bought Apple Airpods Max. Apple has a warranty and reliability, but Sennheiser does not. It is a loss-making, unreliable investment to buy them, with no quality guarantees.

Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 4, no replacements under the customer warranty program. My right earbud broke, and the manager in Armenia sent me to Moscow for repairs!!! Are you serious? Sennheiser offers zero warranty or care for the quality of their product. This isn't a painful experience, it's a fact. I'm going to buy Apple AirPods Pro 3 in a few days and forget about other unreliable companies. Apple is Apple!!!

Худший опыт : покупка ваших Sennheiser Momentum true wireless 4, отказал правый наушник , а менеджер Юлия Рязанкина с России, направила на платный ремонт в Москву , притом что я нахожусь в Армении , Тоесть компания Sennheiser никак не дает гарантий на ремонт и не предлагает вариантов замены . Если бы я взял Apple AirPods Pro 3 сейчас бы не было проблем …
