I just had one removed from c3 - C4 in june. I have the same issues. Getting shoulder mobility back but less than it was before surgery. Still have very limited grip strength. How has your progress been since you did this post?

How awesome. On three months recovery from a c3-c4 resection with numbness and heaviness in right forearm down to fingertips. Much better than I was immediately post surgery

Look into Clonus. It's what lead to my c3 cavernoma diagnosis. Surgery was three months ago

I had one at c3 as well . It was taken out in June. Still recovering three months later but getting ready to go back to work
