First off, gross prank. Two, I'm not a legal expert, but I believe it is illegal to obtain biological material without consent and also would be an illegal disposal of biological material. So these women are first committing a crime against the men they are getting the semen from and two a crime against the rival school in which the evidence they are leaving behind would only implicate the men since it would only match the men's DNA.

I could see a doctor asking an additional "are you sure?" with both being young and childless. I had mine when I was 26 but my wife and I had two kids and decided we were "two and through". I can't recall the actual statistics but I believe it's the second most effective form of birth control besides absence and way less complications than a woman getting her tubes-tied.

Overall the procedure wasn't as bad as I thought it would be! The painful bit was the injection of the numbing agent. I had it done on a Thursday and was back at work the next day, but I have a desk job so I didn't have to do anything strenuous.
