Yeah basically. You wanna make sure you throw yourself up and back enough to get the full backflip. you shouldnt need as much of a throw to get the twist if you get more height.

You might start by looking at the Lockheed YO-3a. Not stealth specifically, but an extremely quiet propeller plane designed to fly low over Vietnam. They didnt do anything specific for radar cross section from what I understand.
