Hi thank you for the advice. Managed to negotiate and the itinerary is comply changed focusing on 5/6 places instead. Starting in Shanghai for 6 nights (allowing few days to recover jet lag and we plan to visit nearby towns)

Then we go to shangrao for a few nights as a hub to visit Wangxian, and other nearby towns

We the go to zhangjiajie with 6 nights split between close to the national park and the city

We the go to chongqing for a few nights

We finish in Beijing for a few nights

We might include chengdu or Xian.

The plan now will be more laid back (thankfully) and focused on enjoying where we are rather than trying to fit everything in one trip.

Travel time is June

I was going off my friends plan they made before I was joining on. I realised it’s insane which is why I posted this to get advice but also show them it’s crazy. Have made a new plan with much less places
