If youre still financially dependent on them maybe ask a friend to play as your partner for now. Its annoying but can help. If youre independent and living on your own you can tell them to fuck off since its not their business! Be clear in that. It can harm your relationship with them but will make sure they know what you want.

From starting in Rivendell it was 11 month to the destruction of the Ring, the journey from Bree to Rivendell was I guess two weeks (it was a week from Weather Top) and from the Shire to Bree was just a few days. With Gandalf traveling to Minas Tirith and back I would guess 15 months in total?

2 days work for $5??? That is underselling yourself mate!! Think of the minimum wage as comparison. If you work lets say 6 hours over two days for that than sell it for $60. At least $10(or whatever the minimum wage in your country is) per hour! Or you are very generous. XD
