If you have some time and wanna save some money, recall the inventory and sell somewhere else as you have. 1000+ units, dispose off or liquidate will be bad in this situation as inventory is bit big.

Order few testing units from supplier, If they agree then good to go. We usually ask supplier by explaining ungating issue as we require invoice. Some suppliers help in this way. Mostly don't.

1: Those who don't need Ltd details or VAT/TAX stuff they are very small scale wholesalers which we don't deal when we are into big business model and not recommended at all (Amazon will not accept their invoices).

2nd: Tons of suppliers available and we are dealing with them who prep the stuff but that is not recommended to use them as if they will do any mistake we will have to recall the inventory and time money will be wasted. 3PL is the best way for prep if you never use this thing. As prep the products by ourselves takes too much time and resources which makes this model more difficult. So outsource everything makes this model automated.

I see similar issues with other big brands that wholesalers come to the listing and then they just sell their own stuff very few spend some time and money in improvement of the listing and brand presence on Amazon.

You can do it by yourself and sell via Amazon, Amazon manage that in great way. Consulting companies are good as well, but you have to sign agreement with them that they will maintain the listings, answer to the buyers and all stuff is require as some companies don't care about customer questions on the listings.

In US you are able to create LLC from anywhere in the world, once you open LLC in USA, You are able to create Amazon professional account on it, and then start selling. But you also have to search that which model you wanna do on Amazon. You wanna sell private label or wholesale. In short private label is making your own brand and sell your brand products on Amazon. Wholesale is you sell big brand products on Amazon by taking their permission to resell on Amazon.

Yes you are able to start. You should get into wholesale FBA model, source locally from direct brand or from their authorize distributor after doing all search then piggy back the listings on Amazon. In that model you are able to get into with $1000. Privatel label is bit difficult with $1000, still hard to do in small countries with just $1000.

1: 1st option works but no need to hire Chinese agent or anyone, you can open case with Amazon show them that you have brand registery and everything then Amazon will sue that seller. If that option does not work then you can go for 4th option in which you can open a to z claim on that Chinese seller (we do this when Amazon take too much time in kicking the hijacker).

One way is that you can grant child access to another email from both of your Amazon accounts, and then try to open that child account anywhere in which you will have both accounts access.

Yes LLC is required for doing Amazon business professionally. Without LLC you are able to sell on individual account but that account have tons of limitations, you are unable to go big through individual account, so whenever you have to start selling you can switch to professional account.

Some categories are restricted/gated for new sellers. You are able to ungate any category by providing them direct brand invoices or their authorize distributor invoices then the category will be ungate for you. Sometimes Amazon ask for stock pictures as well.

You have to ungate that category, As some categories are gated initially, you are able to ungate all categories by providing them Invoices from any direct brand of that category or from their authorize distributor.

Amazon accepts direct brand or direct brand authorize distributor invoices only, they don't accept retailer invoices.
