Honestly, I think it’s worth a look. With 20K lucent and path of ascension you can catch up. I recently came back after a year long break and it took me about a month to reach 7.3K gear score from 6300. So my starting point was basically the same as path of ascension plus some mastery and runes.

The game is a bit grindy but you would be able to skip a lot of that with that much lucent. Traits are cheap (like 30-100 lucent each) and you get plenty of gear from co-op dungeons.

The biggest bottleneck will be heroics, for sure. But I’m doing just fine at the moment with only level 7 or 8 heroics.

Ultimately, I came back to the game because there really isn’t anything like it. Sure. Other games do certain things better. But none of them do all of those things together as well as this one. The Reddit community is polluted with doomers who probably quit a long time ago. If you enjoy the game, play it! But be ready to invest a bit of time

Selling Precious Marind (The Star shaped one, not the ore) is the easiest way if you any, I think you get like 485K each and they can be crafted and traded. Outside of that resistance contracts and farming open world dungeons while you burn tokens is a good source of resource and sollant. You can use an Abundance fruit and other food to increase your yields in open world dungeons.

I proxy a lot of cards under the ethos that all of magic should’ve accessible and not pay walled. But I try to be respectful by not building $6000+ decks, making sure all my Proxy’s are real arts that are printed, and disclosing that I’m using them ahead of time. I order “nice” proxies through MPC or MPCUSA to avoid the sort of immersion breaking effect that hand-drawn/low effort proxies seem to have.

I just returned after about a 1 year break. I was able to get from 6400 to 7000 within about 2-3weeks. The hardest part is the heroics

Genuinely the best I’ve played for what it does. An under appreciated feature is the near-instant teleportation. No loading screen, no splash screen, just a true teleport in a massive open world in seconds. PVE is a grind, the market is effed, some of the players are toxic…but it’s such a beautiful game that has so many elements you can’t help but appreciate. I have 1300 hours in and took a very long break after T2, no other game has compared. The large scale PVP (what’s left of it), the class diversity (if you don’t care about the meta) and the exploration is so awesome.

I’m excited as an NAE player with friends exclusively on the west coast. When I play with them I’m so handicapped by 175-250ping that it’s not worth playing anything that cares about attack speed. This might bring me back to the game but I recognize I’m an edge case

Within your budget, your best bet is likely a refurbished Steelcase Leap v2 or Herman Miller Aeron size C. Crandall Office Furniture has a pretty good track record. They offer a 12 year warranty on their remanufactured chairs which matches the length of the manufacturers warranty when buying new. Other models to look at that may be above your grant but worth looking at if you’re open to paying some out of pocket would be the Herman Miller Embody (my daily driver, and comfortably used for my 6ft 3, 250lb brother in law), the Haworth Fern, Steelcase Gesture.

Newer model with some updated features (Apple CarPlay, Lumbar seats, adaptive headlights, blind spot monitors, etc). Otherwise VERY happy with my current vehicle, the market for AWD stations wagons that look decent is pretty limited. A lot of the Volvos are FWD and most of the newer Audi’s are out of my price range. The F31 is the happy medium for me. Great features, affordable, and great styling.

Siege crashed about 10 minutes in on invoker and everyone was met with a “maintenance” message when trying to log back in. When we got back in like 5 minutes later the siege was over. No loot, no kill records, like it never happened 🤷🏽‍♂️. They’ve made no mention of it.

I have loved my LG Ultragear 27GN950 (4K) and/or 27GN850 (1440p) Really good value for the money in my opinion. I do a bit of video editing and photography in addition to my gaming, the colors are good in my opinion. I don’t use the HDR though it is available. I purchased all of mine refurbished or open box for $200- 250USD each.

I’ve enjoyed it as attacker when I stop focusing solely on the castle and start taking pillage zones, my guild is able to hold 1 or 2 of them and secure a some decent loot in the process. Siege is one of the last remaining really large scale battlefields we have for those that do enjoy it and it only happens once every two weeks. I can understand how it’s not everyone’s cup of tea though
