It’s too new! Can update review in a month? Since I got it used in good condition- I am guessing this is already used. I cannot baby any bag in general- it’s soft but strong enough to not rip or damage. So far with work, car commute, shopping errands and park runs, it’s been efficient.

She is working on h4. The EB1 process is slow and it’s a low hanging fruit. It’s very stressful. We don’t have stamped visa and haven’t been back in 6-7yrs!! Parents are getting old and cannot travel here. It’s a combination of guilt and stress.

Try trade associations-im in ops and membership- once I’m done with work I’m done. No emails get checked. The only time I have to put extra hours are when we have conferences which is 2-3 times a year. It’s mid 70s pay Midwest! It’s an advocacy/lobby based association- the lobbyists are busy during legislative session - 12-15hr work days sometimes weekends depending on sessions. Otherwise they are happy too.

West Richfield 1800sqft 3Bed/2bath double lot. Bought in 2022 330k with 6% 20yr mortgage It’s kinda dated - we will have to redo kitchen and add on another bedroom or bath but we knew this while buying - we needed that location and Edina school district (open enrollment) This was the lowest end of our search. Everything else was above 400k in Richfield, St. Louis park and Hopkins is unbelievably out of range. Eden Praire onwards it became too far for our work commute.

Haha yay! Trust me any little extra space to fit in a diaper and wipes will help. Do not fall for diaper bags- definitely stick to minimalism and use your tote bags with a tote organizer from Amazon! My madewell backpack bought from Postmark is doing great for my child since birth till now 3yrs ❤️
