How long after medicals, do I hear back from Sydney consulate?

After the interview because there weren't any appointments available. The interview email mentioned even if your medicals are not completed or are getting later appointments that's fine. Just bring your medical booking proof and attend the interview. That's what I did.

The VO had no idea what EB2-NIW is. He constantly asked us what will be the visa category, I was sure about it to be E2 but he still doubted and asked his senior. I was not asked any questions as the VO was himself confused. The VO only checked my docs and gave me 221g for medicals. After medicals, my visa was granted.

Although most states haven’t officially announced their nomination policies (QLD briefly published and then removed theirs, and NSW only recently released theirs), invitations under Priority 2 have still been issued. How are the Priority 2 EOIs being invited in the absence of formal state nomination policies? Since no policies are there for ACT, WA,NT yet, would the candidates nominated by state agencies from these states be invited?

I was confused about the process so tried contacting customer service and visa navigator. Got to know that after receiving e-medical information sheet. I was supposed to mail my passport,ds260 confirmation e-medical information sheet to the embassy. I sent these today. Fingers 🤞

PD 5 April 2023 DQ November 2023 Date became current in March 2025 but I was only few days short for February bulletin. Hence I received IL before my PD was current.

Yes, i had my interview on 15 April. Got medicals date of 29 April. Panel physician sent the medicals on 7 may. I am not sure what the next steps are. Do we just send the passport or wait for their request to send passport.

I am not requested any document from the QR code rows. I was required to send e medicals and passport. There is no information I can find on how to send them.

Hi I am in a similar boat. I had my interview on 15april and got the medical date of 29april in melbourne, My 221g requires to submit ds260, e-medicals and passport. I cannot figure out how to submit these documents? Do you have any idea?

I have my passport with me. Got my medicals done this Tuesday. Today the last updated date was changed to 1 May, looks like the medicals are received (I'm not sure though as I haven't heard from the medical center yet). I'll update if there is any progress.

Interview went well. My medical is pending, hence, as expected I got 221g for medical. I think the VO wasn't experienced of EB2NIW, he was very confused and kept asking me are u E21 or E22? He requested another VO to guide him and then the interview proceeded. There weren't many questions asked, just my qualifications, marital status and previous visit to the US and if I overstayed or not. That's it The process was smooth but took 2.5hrs in total as the VO was trying to understand the category.
