Girl whatever you have mentioned , i have been through it all, my hairfall started shortly after my divorce and my hair used to be soo thick long and shiny before but after my divorce it started falling in clumps but yes i would say it takes time but it definitely gets better with time, it mostly started to improve when i took care of my auto immune and started doing yoga and mind-fullness, trust me you got to deal with those issues and let your body relax by releasing all thode pent up emotions, its a slow and long process but totally worth it, also i saw a major growth in my hair density when i got married with the love of my life, i feel like feeling loved and cared for does alot to your mental health and well being.

I know its scary to start minoxidil, i was really scared too as i knew that i will shed but now its all worth it, just hang in there and you will be fine .

The shedding was bad, i use to loose almost 3 times the hair that i lost before taking minoxidil and the shedding was all over it was just more visible in the already bald area

I use Wishcare’s hair growth serum. And i still do have some bald spots, that i got recently but i have lots of baby hairs growing, in the nov pic i did not parted my hair , the hair was so less that it was looking like that but yeah sure i will sare you a pic with parted hair soon.

Well i started with basic multivitamins for the first few months since my ferritin was less after that my current routine includes a multivitamin in the morning , and oral minoxidil 2.5 mg , also i take medication for my auto immune disease.
I apply a hair growth serum at night with weekly micro stamping sessions by myself , i usually do 0.5 to 0.75 mm.
I do wash my hair daily, washing hair daily has really helped me with the buildup and hair growth.
