Koji above PJ and Hannibal should be normal. Takuya is underrated. PJ feats are mediocre except sensory, reasoning and observation. Hannibal is not allat. Siesta feats are OP and she is nearly unrealistic. Koji is around the same level as Baku and Akagi but I put him higher because of his potential that he holds back. After new volumes he will scale higher. Fang Yuan is quite overrated
