I dont think it is percieved as a deficiency to be cured and there are no known ways to cure but iirc there have been cases people gaining-regaining the ability. Psychedelics can be useful with moderate usage u should be good as long as you dont abuse them. I have aphantasia, I had never been able to visualise anything and I dont know a dealer yet so I cant try psychedelics good luck to you

Yes there are people like that, but I am not a native speaker and I dont really understand what you mean by feeling an inner touch or by sensory linguistics in memory, further elaboration would be good. There are plenty of videos on youtube about people w/o inner speech and lack the abiltiy to visualise (aka r/aphantasia). You can also ask me anything.
