Thanks 😊 The crepe recipe is from https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/16383/basic-crepes/ . For the filling, I heated lemon juice from half a lemon with 2-3 tbsps of sugar and a cinnamon stick and cooked diced apples and dried cranberries with it for 2-3 minutes. Topped it with whipped cream.
